| hi,i buyd a 1 credit remote unlocking account,i downloaded the software like in instructions but it cant work ..im getting an error couse the software its to old and i have to download the latest version .I purchased 1 credit for unlocking a SE K610I.Thanks |

| i didnt even receive the instruction to download the software and when i email for assistance they just said that details instruction were given and thats it...didnt help me 1 bit |
