Here is Free Unlocker for Newest C113 - C115 - C117 v2.3.65 and higher. It's just for one sim card, if there is need to use different sim, repeat all the steps.
Motororla T191 Serial cable can be used.

Step by step instructions:

1. Enter this Code : (**16379#)

2. Choose com

3. Use factory mode

4. Read info (must read serial and unlock code)

5. Press Unlock
