My contacts were all in my phone and not on my SIM card, and all my other stuff in the phone I've never written down anywhere else. I absolutely can't lose this information! I've tried taking the battery out, letting the phone sit and pressing the power button without the battery, and then putting the battery back in. I've let it charge while it was off all night. I've taken the SIM card out. I've tried it all. Now, I've been reading on this site that there are things I can buy that will fix my phone, or at least retrieve the information that is on it. If I can re-flash the firmware on my phone, theres a good chance the problem will be fixed? I need some input. What can I do, and what do I need to buy? It's a common problem on sony ericsson phones.
