Power off the device, Hold the home key(Picture) while turning it back
on. Once you see a triangle with exclamation point open the keyboard
and hit Alt+L then Alt+W. Then just follow the instructions to reboot
the phone. The "send" button on the instructions is the same as the
picture of the phone handset.
This method will help if you are experiencing the following error while trying to enter unlock code:
