Will they both have to go to the provider to have a new account put on it or can she just put a card into it or something? she is worried that if she uses it aas is he can track her down thru the service provider? However I doubt that it practically possible. Here is a real story. My friend lost his cell phone in Finland or it might have been stolen he was not sure.
